We got to see the endless hallways that other reviews talked about. We ended up wandering a floor in the wrong side because the text didn’t tell who which side of the building you needed to go to.

The room was clean and nice for 5-6 people. Was cheaper than any of the other water parks in area for same date.

Was able to get a Groupon deal for regular room that included $50 arcade card for 5 people $530 total for 1 night stay for valentine day (holiday weekend). Will go back to Great Wolf, which has much better value. Overall, disappointing and won’t come back. After we dragged him in, he and my other kid did have fun. Enjoyment: my 4 year old when he first arrived at the water park said “mom, I want to go home”. But if you care at all about avoiding infection, don’t come here. Food: the only reason I didn’t give 2/5 stars is because they have some decent food options Room: much worse than any motel I’ve ever stayed in. And they try to squeeze you left and right. When I checked in, they said check out was at noon, and even through I had already paid extra for a late check out, it costs $100 for a 2p check out. Price: we have a 2 bedroom on a Sunday night with a discount and it was still $1062. Kalahari is 2-3x more expensive and I was hoping for a better experience. We have been to Great Wolf 4 times and wanted to try something new.
